NOTIFICATION

New Delhi, the 22nd February, 2021

S.O. 794(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 43 of the Prevention of Money Laundering Act, 2002 (15 of 2003), and in consultation with the Hon’ble Chief Justice of the respective High Court, the Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India, Ministry of Finance (Department of Revenue), number S.O. 372(E), dated the 5thFebruary, 2016, namely:-

In the Table of the said notification, for serial no. 13 and the entries relating thereto, the following serial number and entries shall be substituted, namely:
