NOTICE INVITING APPLICATION FOR EMPANELMENT OF MEDIATORS CONCILIATORS FOR THE YEAR 2017-18
Pursuant to Rule 3(3) read with Rule 3(5) of the Companies (Mediation and Conciliation) Rules,2016 Regional Director (Northern Region), Ministry of Corporate Affairs invites applications from persons who intend to get empanelled in mediation and conciliation panel in Form MDC-1 (annexed to the M&C Rules). The qualillcations for empanelment and other details may please be referred to in the aforesaid Rules, whlch is available in the Ministry’s website (i.e. www.mca.gov in).
2. Application in the prescribed form alongwith relevant documents may be submitted to Regional Director either physically at the above address in working days or through email at rd.north@mca.gov.in.
3. Experts-already in the panel of Mediation and Conciliation of Regional Director (NR) need not apply again unless they wish to update their particulars .Experts already in the panel, if not interested to be.empanelled ,may intimate to delete his I her name.
4. The last date and time for receipt of applications/ intimations is 10th March, 2017 by 4.00 p.m.
