DGFT authorises IACCIA to issue Certificate of Origin (Non- Preferential) w.e.f. 9th January 2026
In exercise of powers conferred under paragraph 2.04 of the Foreign Trade Policy (FTР) 2023, the Director General of Foreign Trade hereby authorises the following agency to issue Certificate of Origin (Non- Preferential), with immediate effect:

Accordingly, the name of the above-mentioned Agency is added at Serial No. 20 (Delhi) of Appendix 2E [List of Agencies Authorised to issue Certificate of Origin (Non- Preferential)] to Appendices & Aayat Niryat Forms of FTР 2023.
