New Delhi, the 9th August, 2019
S.O. 2899(E).─In exercise of the powers conferred by section 136 of the Finance (No. 2) Act, 2019 (23 of 2019), the Central Government hereby appoints the 9th day of August, 2019, as the date on which the provisions of Part I of Chapter VI of the said Act shall come into force.
