New GST Toll-free help desk number 1800-103-4786 launched from 26.02.2020 old number is discontinued
GSTN has launched a new GST Toll-free help desk number.
The new GST Portal Help Desk number is 1800-103-4786 from 26th Feb 2020.
The existing no. 0120-4888999 will be discontinued.
As per GSTN, it has come up with improved Grievance Redressal Portal which will enhance user’s experience.

The Toll free number shall operate from 9 AM to 9 PM for 365 days and assist users in 12 languages namely, Hindi, English, Bangali, Marathi, Telgu, Tamil, Gujarati, Kannada, Odia, Malayalam, Punjabi and Assamese.
