CBDT makes 272 transfer/postings in the grade of Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax.
CBDT has made 215 transfer/postings in the grade of Assistant / Deputy Commissioner of Income Tax.
In addition, 41 transfer/postings of review cases has also been made.
Further 16 transfer/postings have been done of officers who were promoted to the grade of ACIT pursuant to CBDT’s earlier order but had not been transferred out of the region from which they were promoted as ACIT.

- Cost of acquisition as on 01.04.1981 taken as per valuer report by reverse indexing of FMV
- AO was directed to serve notice of hearing through physical mode upon assessee
