CBDT promotes 94 officers to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PrCIT)
CBDT has issued order no.68 of 2021 dated 19th March 2021 promoting 94 officers to to the grade of Principal Commissioner of Income Tax (PrCIT) level 15 in the pay matrix Rs. 182200-224100 on in-situ basis with immediate effect.
Out of 94 promotions, 2 relates to Panel Year 2018 and 92 are related to Panel Year 2019
- Form 26 to replace Form 3CD of tax audit report by a CA from Tax Year 2026-27
- When no addition is made on the basis of reasons recorded, reopening is bad in law
- No separate compensation for loss of love and affection under MV Act – SC
- Trust accredited by National Open School eligible for registration u/s 12AB & u/s 80G
- Delay in furnishing Form 10B – Covid Period to be excluded as per decision of Supreme Court
