MCA establishes Ten new offices of Registrars of Companies in India for registration of LLPs
The Ministry of Corporate Affairs has established ten new offices of Registrars of Companies in India for the purpose of registration of Limited Liability Partnerships (LLPS) and discharging the functions under the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008.
The list of new offices of ROC is as under:
