ICAI has banned Twelve Chartered Accountants being found of guilty of professional misconduct
The Board of Discipline of ICAI has found seven CAs as guilty of professional misconduct under the provisions of Chartered Accountants Act, 1949 read with Chartered Accountants Regulations, 1988 .
As per notification issued in this regard, due to misconduct the name of the following CAs have been removed for the specified period from the Register of Members.
