Reopening of Online Enrolment Window for June, 2025 Examination Session of Company Secretary Examinations – ICSI
ICSI has to informed that Online Examination Enrolment window for June, 2025 Session of CS Examinations will be reopened from 10:00 Hours on 18th April, 2025 till 23:59 Hours on 19th April, 2025.
Accordingly, the students may submit request(s) for:-Â
(a) Examination enrolment (with Late Fee)Â Â
(b) Addition of Module (with Late Fee)Â Â
(c) Exemption on the basis of higher qualification Â
Students may submit request(s) for change of Examination Centre, Medium, Module and Elective Subject during the period from 20th April, 2025 to 1st May, 2025 till 16:00 Hours. Thereafter, requests for any change will NOT be entertained under any circumstances.Â
Students may also complete the Pre-Examination Test (if not yet completed) during the period from 10th April, 2025 to 18th April 2025 latest by 17:30 Hours.
- Receipts mentioning that it was towards corpus, donation assumed to be for corpus of trust
- Credit in partner’s capital account for book entry adjustments can not be added u/s 68
- Non-compliance of summons issued u/s 131 no ground to make addition u/s 68
- Assessee not obliged to demonstrate actual utilization of donation u/s 35(1)(ii)
- For Registration u/s 12AB, phrase “genuineness of activities” is interpreted liberally
