Dates of Trade Marks Agent Examination 2026 & Patent Agent Examination 2026
The Office of the CGPDTM announces that the Trade Marks Agent Examination 2026 will be tentatively held on 10th January 2026, and the Patent Agent Examination 2026 on 11th January 2026.
The Office of the Controller General, Patents, Designs & Trade Mark (CGPDMT) has issued a public Notice dated 19.05.2025 informing that the Trade Marks Agent Examination 2026 is scheduled to be held on 10th January 2026 and the Patent Agent Examination 2026 will take place on 11th January 2026 tentatively. Registration process will commence in the first week of July 2025.
- ITAT allows exemption of Rs. 25 lakhs u/s 10(10A) to non-government employees
- PCIT has revisionary jurisdiction u/s 263 over the cases passed by the NFAC or the JAO
- Appellate court interfering with MACT finding must undertake reappreciation of evidence
- When delay is not huge & involves huge monetary liability, lenient approach to be taken
- EoGM of company can not ratify diversion of fund raised by preferential issue – SC
