The Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (Board/IBBI) early this month, had invited Expression of Interest (EOI) from Insolvency Professionals to be in the Panel under Insolvency Professionals to act as Interim Resolution Professionals or Liquidators (Recommendation) Guidelines, 2018.
