S.O………..(E).- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 1 of the Companies (Amendment) Act, 2017 (1 of 2018), the Central Government hereby appoints the day of 31st July, 2018 as the date on which the provisions of section 36 of the said Act shall come into force.
