155 Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax (Probationers) posted on completion of training at National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT)
The CBDT has given postings to 155 Assistant Commissioners of Income Tax (Probationers) in the level 10 in the pay matrix of Rs. 56100 – 177500/- on successful completion of their training at National Academy of Direct Taxes (NADT), Nagpur
Their posting in the Region of Principal Chief Commissioner of Income Tax is indicated against name of each of them.
- ITAT allows exemption of Rs. 25 lakhs u/s 10(10A) to non-government employees
- PCIT has revisionary jurisdiction u/s 263 over the cases passed by the NFAC or the JAO
- Appellate court interfering with MACT finding must undertake reappreciation of evidence
