J&K Grameen Bank Concurrent Audit Empanelment of Bank Retirees, Partnership firms of Chartered/Cost Accountants for Financial Year 2025-26. Last date 28.02.2025
J&K Grameen Bank invites applications on the under-noted prescribed format from Bank Retirees as well as practicing ‘Firms / Partnership firms of Chartered/Cost Accountants in India’ who fulfill the eligibility criteria as mentioned hereunder and are willing to serve J&K Grameen Bank as Concurrent Auditors for conducting Concurrent Audit of branches for the Financial Year 2025-2026.
The Bio-data along with requisite supporting documents should be submitted on the prescribed Formats to The Chief of Audits, Inspection & Vigilance Department, J&K Grameen Bank, Head Office, Narwal, Jammu. Pin code – 180006 by Hand / Post / Courier receivable on or before 28.02.2025 (till working hours). Any application received after 05:00 pm on 28.02.2025 will not be entertained for the concurrent audit assignment for FY 2025-26
Eligibility Norms: –
1. The CA/CA firm must be registered & having Certificate of registration from ICAI/ICWAI.
2. The registration of CA/CA firm with ICAI/ICWAI should be on or before 01.04.2023. The CA/CA firm registered with ICAI/ICWAI after 01.04.2023 is not eligible for the Concurrent Audit.
3. It must have sufficient manpower with requisite skill levels and infrastructure to conduct the audit in a professional and specialized manner.
4. Not Delisted/depanelled by any Bank/Financial Institution
5. Not associated with Banks Statutory Audit: – It is to be ensured that the audit firm or any sister / associate concern / network firm is not conducting the Statutory Audit of the Bank or any of its Business Units.
Banking/Audit Experience: – Weightage/preference will to be given to a firm having exposure in conducting Concurrent Audit of the Bank Business Units for a few public sector / major private sector banks
“Application for “Empanelment of CA Firm for Concurrent Audit” should be mentioned on the envelope, carrying Bio-data.
